A hen or stag party has a quality that sets it apart from every other celebration: it's planned by a group, for a person who mustn't know anything in advance — and afterwards only part of the material should be shown to that same person.
The photos scatter across the day and the group
A hen party is rarely one occasion. It's a morning activity, a lunch, something in the afternoon, a dinner, and something that happens after dinner. Different people in the group run different parts, and different people take photos.
Whoever planned the most has photographed the least — they were busy making the next part work. Without a shared place to put the photos they end up in six camera rolls and a couple of temporary chats, and two weeks later nothing is collected anywhere.

Handing it over is a gift in itself
The best part of collecting everything is what you can do with it afterwards. A gallery of hundreds of photos from the day, handed over at the wedding dinner or sent the evening after, is a better present than most things you can buy.

Can the couple see the photos in advance?
No, not unless you share the link with them. The gallery is private and reachable only by someone with the link or QR code. Create the event in the planning group and keep the link there until you're ready to hand it over.
Can we remove photos before sharing the gallery?
Yes, and that's the point. Collect everything during the day, review the collection at your leisure afterwards and remove anything that shouldn't be included. Only then do you share the link.
Does the group need to download an app?
No. Everyone opens the link in their ordinary mobile browser and uploads right away. No account, no installation — which matters when there are a lot of you and the day is packed.
Does it work when we move between locations during the day?
Yes. Participants only need a connection when they upload, not when they take the photo. Many upload in the evening or the next day — the gallery stays open.
Can we use the same gallery for the wedding?
We'd recommend a separate event for the wedding day, since the guest list is different and you usually want to share the wedding gallery straight away. Create both at once while you're planning anyway.
How long are the photos kept?
The free plan keeps them 30 days, paid plans longer. If you're handing the material over at the wedding months later, download everything at full resolution right after the party.
