Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service ("the terms") apply to your use of the service Digipic, provided by EQ Web Solutions AB (corporate reg. no. 559314-1301), hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "Digipic".

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the service.

2. The service

Digipic is a platform for collecting photos and videos from events. Organizers create events and share invite links with guests, who upload media directly in the browser.

3. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

• You are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded to your events does not violate the law or third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices and plans are listed on our pricing page. Payment is handled by Stripe and is made in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices. Existing payments are not affected by price changes.

Digipic is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. The service counts as used as soon as a photo or video has been uploaded to the event, or the invite link has been shared and used. After that, the right of withdrawal ends. A refund is possible if the service doesn't work as it should due to a technical fault on our side, or in the form of a promo code if a paid event is cancelled before the service has been used. 5. Storage period and deletion

Uploaded files are stored for the period the event's plan allows. When the storage period ends, the files are deleted automatically. See our pricing page for details on storage periods per plan.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload illegal, offensive or copyrighted content without permission.
• Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms or disrupt the service.
• Use the service for spam, fraud or other abuse.
• Use that violates Swedish laws or regulations will be reported to the police.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of data beyond what follows from mandatory law. We recommend that you always keep your own copies of important files.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced by email or through a notice in the service. The latest version is always available on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute is settled by a Swedish court.
