You own your photos

All content uploaded to Digipic – photos, videos and other media files – belongs to whoever uploaded it. We never claim ownership of your content.

Limited license

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store and display your content within the scope of the service. This license is used solely to provide the service and ends when you delete the file or your account.

• We never sell your content to third parties.
• We never use your content in marketing without your explicit consent.
• We never train AI models on your content.

The organizer's responsibility

As an event organizer, you are responsible for informing guests that photos are being collected and how they will be used. You are responsible for having the right to collect and handle the photos guests upload.

Download and export

You can download all photos and videos from your events at any time. We encourage you to always keep your own copies of important memories.

Deletion

You can delete individual files or entire events at any time. Media files are also deleted automatically when the event's storage period ends. See our privacy policy for more details.
